Scottish hit squad offers top level public instruction for Mixed Martial Arts (MMA), Jiu Jistu, Thai Boxing, Boxing, Wrestling for men and women. SHS also provides private professional training and progression to the Scottish Hit Squad fight team.
Each discipline is taught by high level coaches Marcos Nardini, Lawrence Murphy, Rob McCrum, James and Brian Gallacher. The Hit Squad have a wide range of classes available including Saturday mornings.
